I love the stuff. It's part of my annual birthday celebration.
Seriously, there was one thing that was really off - you *never* serve or eat caviar w/ metal utensils. Totally destroys the taste. I'm guessing the restaurant knows this (even if the producers dont') so they may have upped the "gross" factor on purpose.
(And they were washing it down w/ plain water? What, no Stoli?
