It is indeed, those applications were due in February. The current Gamma Omega president won a scholarship which will cover a semester's tuition, I'd like to think it's all due to my recommendation.
Financial aid packets go out to the chapter in late fall and I'd definitely recommend applying - our PCD and PFD both received fellowships as well!
