, but as far as the ballots being confusing, for the most part the only people that have been really complaining have been the elderly, right? I saw the ballot-and to me (I'm 24) its pretty self explanatory, but I can see how an EIGHTY YEAR OLD WOMAN might have been lost!! Hell, some elderly dont know how to lock a window!
