Well, crime has gone down 15% in the state of Texas (which is a higher decrease than the national average)...Texas has helped approximately 500,000 people off of welfare, two million new jobs have been created in Texas, over 50,000 uninsured Texas children have been added to state health care assistance, all under Bush's watch.
But hey, don't take my word for any of this. Where did I find this information? Here's the true irony of Gore's campaign...the above information comes from the White House website section that lists "Clinton-Gore administration accomplishments" state by state...

Now, I'm not a Texan, though I was born there (thanks to the military, and we moved when I was but 2 months old)...but I'll take someone who shows results over someone who is campaigning for the third straight time on the same issues he has failed to fix two times before. I may not agree 100% with everything Bush stands for, but I do know what he does stand for. With Gore, it depends on the hour, day, and minute, and poll results for him to embrace an issue. That is not leadership in my opinion. Sorry.
