Hi.
I'm a senior at Mercer University in Macon, GA and as far as I know, we have never had to stand for alumni. Don't get me wrong, I respect my elders, but I don't see what the big deal is. I think we're all on equal standing once we've become initiated, and we should respect everyone, not just those who have graduated.
