I was dying when I read your post because I feel absolutely the same. I am sure my parents know, but why bother talking about it with them? I barely talk about it with even some of my close friends. I don't want to know what goes on with some of my friends in their bedroom so why would they want to know about me?
What are some of the funniest things all of your parents have said to you all in regards to sex/your body? The absolute worst was when I was 12 and blessed with my monthly friend my mom was so proud she announced to my dad "Your daughter became a woman today" at the freakin' dinner table!!!!!! I wanted to kill her. I think she got on the "phone chain" with her friends from church and work about it too. They went through the stage for awhile that I should be a wholesome Christian girl but that quickly changed when I started staying over at boyfriends houses. I also had a boyfriend in college for 4 1/2 years and we lived together. I think it is interesting because they were so strict with raising me, curfews, and all that stuff. My sister is 7 years younger and from like age 16 she was staying out to all hours and able to hang out with boys and stuff. My mom even took her to get her on the pill. I just told my mom last summer I was on the pill. When she started telling me how SHE was on the pill when she first got married to my dad, I ended the conversation right then and there EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!
