I dont have anything really special. I usually just say whats on my mind since I know most chicks I meet out at a bar/club are already tipsy/drunk.
Here's a few:
Hey! You're sexy.
Hey! You're pretty fucking hot.
(If its a tall chick) Hey! How tall are you? You're fucking hot.
Hey! Do you have a friend named Jenn? (most chicks have a friend named jenn) Usually they do and then I just play it out from there...if they don't, I usually tell them they look like someone I know and by then we're already talking and the ball is rollin.
