I'd personally rather say "neither", but having to choose...
I would definately pick Jessica.
Although I can't stand either one. Personally both women give blondes a bad name. Britney because she acts and dresses like a slut and Jessica because she is a total and complete utter airhead. But I guess I would rather have a mom who is an airhead and says stupid things "is this chicken or fish" than a mom who dresses like a slut.
