I'm glad that this is coming about. I don't really know how things work at schools with smaller Panhellenic systems, but it's been my understanding that a "fully structured" recruitment doesn't work for them. I've never been able to really comprehend how a recruitment system that works for a school with 1000+ girls going through at once works for a school with +/-200 (for example).
