That cowboy hat looks like something the host committee wore for the Houston Convention. I don't think it really is one of their hats but thre are so many Pi Phis in Texas that it doesn't surprise me that they make cowboy hats that have a Pi Phi logo.

I bet that fork was once part of a set that belonged to a chapter. It would not surprise me if a lot of chapter property was misplaced when the chapter lost their housing (which was common in the 70s) and it is now resurfacing on Ebay simply because it's a relatively easy way to sell things. It may be worth a lot more than whatever the bid is, but that's the risk you take with an auction. Things can go for less than they are worth, or more... both new and old. Collecting spoons is more common than collecting forks which may explain the low bids
