the main thing to note is that each campus does not have the ability to decide what will work and then go with that type of recruitment. there are strict guidelines describing when each type can be used. the campus panhel can review them and see which fits their campus, but ultimately, the NPC liasion to the campus and the NPC delegates from each (inter)national will be approving the type of recruitment the campus will have. at our convention, our NPC delegate said that most chapters will continue with the structured recruitment style currently in use. the main changes in this type of recruitment is that it will be no frills.
