I was not there to witness it....but the largest line that I know of for us for 33 (Charter line of Omicron & Pi Chapters in Boston).

I have heard of other 20+ lines in MD, VA, NC, IL, and OH.

Largest line I have seen for any org.: 30+ AKAs at my alma mater (UVA) IN 1997 and 100 Deltas I believe at NCA&T in Spring 2003 (I can't remember for sure, but it was a lot of them that day when I went to hang out at Zeta Chapter).
