Well Etienne, as I'm sure you know, when girls jump up and down, certain "things" tend to bounce. Also, if they're wearing a skirt, guys can see up it. Even though they aren't seeing any more than one would see in a bikini, sometimes actually less, it gives us this sense that we're seeing something we shouldn't, kind of like when you see tan lines.
In other words, guys are horndogs, and anything involving scantily clad girls bouncing is good.
