Hey everyone! I wanted to join my organization because it promotes multiculturalism, education, sisterhood and success. The fact that my sorority is multicultural is really what made me want to join. I grew in a very ethnically diverse atmosphere and when I got to college, the sororities at my school weren't all that diverse. However, during my Junior year, a multicultural sorority came to my school and held an informational meeting. They wanted to charter a chapter at my school. Well, to make this short, I ended up becoming a Founder of my chapter at my school! It was a LOT of HARD work and at times, I didn't think my sisters and I would get the chapter started. But we did and it was all worth it! Z-Chi 4-EVER!
