I'm not sure there's ANY way a big sister reveal can be done in a fun way WITHOUT being like hazing. Most new members would say they want to do something like a string hunt, scavenger hunt, clues throughout the week, etc. to find out who their big sister is.
My view is that the NPC needs to more clearly define what hazing is and is not. In my opinion, big sister relevation, pledge retreats, and things of that nature are not hazing and merely ways to bond within a pledge class or with your big sis.
Of course things like sleep deprivation or anything involving alcohol or boys would be hazing. I just wish the NPC would make a unanimous agreement.
