I agree. There are some cases where it is difficult to control but at the same time, I think back to being 16 and working for MickeyD's. Some parents used to bring their kids in there not once but twice a day. That IMHO is a serious problem and insurance companies shouldn't have to foot the bill. That also ties into there being a licensing law in effect as to who should and shouldn't be able to have kids.
