I see this all the time. Maybe it's just where I live!
(Actually, in this case, the "skinny white women" are thuggish, so it's not very flattering.)
ETA: When I was at the beach earlier this year I saw a FINE black man with a GORGEOUS white woman and, of course, I was too jealous! I mean, this couple was like model quality!
