I took Delts Talk About Alcohol as an advisor. DTAA was one of the first alcohol "awareness" programs and was picked up by several other fraternities and sororities using their own names.
The program was good, but there was no real new information.
However, it's still a stretch to move from that to people lying on surveys.
On the other hand, I'm pretty much of a sceptic on all surveys -- so Hoosier may be right (or not). There's just proof of it in the article he posted.
