I can have a good time at any bar as long as I'm with the right people. But my favorite bar is one in Bethesda, MD called
The Barking Dog because downstairs it's more of a chill bar atmosphere, and if you feel like dancing you can go upstairs where they have a dance floor.
I was proposed to outside of a billiards place, so there's a special place in my heart for those too
