I work next to a Psuedo-Curves (American Woman Fitness Center). It's basically the same thing though. What kills me is that I go to a really nice fitness pavillion owned by one of the hospitals in town and there's all kinds of equipment, and this place has like 6 machines. I don't know what happens if there's more than six people there at a time. I just can't imagine going and working out and not being able to just run if you feel like it or going swimming if your joints are achy. I also like if I'm not feeling motivated that I can go and join a class rather than have to be on a machine all the time.
