The next time he parks in your driveway and blocks you in, tow his car. It's your driveway so, therefore, he's illegally parked there. That'll teach him not to park on your driveway when he has to pay $150 to get his car back.
I have neighbors from hell. I move out this weekend but they have made my life a living hell. I rarely sleep at my place (I stay at my boyfriend's) otherwise I'd be kept up until 4am everyday when I have to be up at 7am.
The two girls are college sophomores which is fine except they live in a family apartment complex where most of the people work. They're partying until the wee hours of the morning and keep up the people around them.
The apartment complex has gotten numerous complaints about them and they've threatened to evict but the girls are still loud.
My roommate and I have went off at them a few times and they're now scared of us.
They make sure we're not outside when they leave to go to there car. I ran into them a few times in the parking lot and they'll duck behind a car.
