Freshman roommates:
Friley Hall roommate was cool but I was only in that room for a week and a half.
House roommates: many were cool, 2 were asses and thus the reason I avoided being home as much as possible and left ASAP when classes were done.
Sophomore roommate:
The guy kept to himself. I was busy with campaigns and student orgs during the week and he went home every weekend- so when I got my freak on it was cool.
I freaked him out though- I think in one day he walked in on me like 5 times.
Junior roommates
Alright- one guy always took the trash to the garage and left it there like it would magically disappear or something. And when you would be sitting on the couch watching TV he would come and stand right behind you and watch. Kinda creepy. When he moved out he didnt fill in all the nail holes he had made like he said he would and he took my other roommate's mixing bowls. We ended up charging him the last utility bills out of his deposit so all he got back was $16.72 out of $250 of his share of the deposit.
The second roommate we chased out: he and his girlfriend would leave their clothes, dishes and trash everywhere. I avoided having people over because of all the mess they made.
She was here 24/7 even though she never paid any part of rent or utilities and supposedly had her own place (I thought she was homeless). Finally when he did not tell me the landlord was showing the place to someone and I was embarassed as fuck to have someone see our place I got pissed at him for never cleaning up after himself and he and his girlfriend moved out because they were mad that I was mad at them. The decision was made that he's not getting his deposit back as compensation for all the cleaning we had to do.
Dave rocks- when we first met each other we hated each other and somehow became friends so we know exactly what pisses the other off and thus can get along fine.
Mary (Sigma Lambda Gamma) rocks- we get along fine and have good conversations. She's probably not living with us when we move in 2 weeks because one of her sorority Sisters has cancer and is going through treatment while still working and taking classes- so Mary's probably moving to help her out.
Roommates for the next 2 years of school:
Dave will be living with me again for the next year- and the kitty.
We're looking for a third roommate.
My 5th year of school, depending on the ChapterHouse situation will be spent living with the rest of the chapter members either in a block of rooms in the dorms or at the chapterhouse.
