I came in through COR too!
Basically what we do is the same at your school - we put up fliers, set up info tables in the Union, etc.
Depending on how many "vacancies" there are, we do COR 2 or 3 nights in a row, and if there are still vacancies, we invite potential members to our weekly Sisterhood night at the house where we watch movies, play games, eat dinner, or whatever!
This past year I think there were maybe 2 or 3 sororities out of 6 that held COR. I guess it all depends on when seniors graduate!
