Are you using Internet Explorer? I think what may be happening is that your web browser is not reloading the discussion thread after posting your message, instead it is probably loading the previous copy of the page that is in your computer's memory. Try refreshing/reloading the webpage. Either this or maybe the webserver was a bit overloaded when you tried posting.
I saw the posts you are referring to, there were two messages posted, one at 4:40pm & the other at 4:55pm. I deleted the second one since it was same as the first message, in case you were wondering where it went.
