Yeah that's cool, but does campus need a chiming clock or in my class' case money for a scholarship fund that is not even financially based?
At least the class of 2003 was smart, they gave money so our library could get books.
(FYI, the budget cuts in VA were toward operating stuff, so they claim we have the money for all these buildings, great, but an empty building wont do me much good and yes we have people moving into dorms that do not have furnture.)
