At UT-San Antonio we used (and still do) a folding table (2' x 6') and have a vinyl banner that goes across the front and we'd place the flag on top, which fits almost perfectly. On top of that we'd place the trophies, photo albums, cross & crescents, steins, glassware, a few of the smaller paddles and a sign up sheet.
It was always by dream to have enough $ to buy one of those corporate type trade show table and backdrop. But theyre expensive.
