^ we had a bunch of guys who were calling themselves the same thing. they wanted to become a local chapter (although they claimed they hated the greeks) so our greek advisor was like: okay you fill out this paper work and have a meeting with me and the dean and we can see what we can do......those guys never showed up and they never paraded around saying they were Rho Omicron Tau again
