All of the nationals have houses- most of them on campus, but a few are off. There is one local fraternity that doesn't have a house, and we are the only other local (a sorority). Next year some sisters and I are renting a house that we know the landlord of and it's ok with him to make it a sorority house. The only thing we have to do is get it approved through the university first (I'm not sure what their procedures are yet). Hopefully it will all work out
