Following up on what Localsoroities said.....
we have started to schedule meetings for like Friday nights, early, then do something social afterwards, since most people go out on Friday nights and that way you always have people to go downtown with, etc.

But if one week we decide to have a meeting on like a Sunday afternoon then the plan is: Meeting: 1hr, afterwards go bowling, go play pool, etc. Everyone is together, there is no meeting burn-out (b/c believe me, we have had meetings go for like 4hrs!) and that can strengthen our bond!

We also volunteer for the local 24-hr telethon, working the 11pm-7 am shift, that makes people talk more and get to know each other more!

Plus we are planning a camping trip-weekend this year!

As a President who knows about the "ups and downs" of sisters commiting to thier organization; and the feeling that "hey! i think this is great, why can't people spend as much time as I do on making this work?!" I really hope that the frustration you are feeling if temporary!
