Commitment
This is a question posed at all locals(First off Hi everyone) Anyway, as a local do you find it hard to get people to commit Especially newer orgs, do u find people who are commited at first and then totally lose interest or hope for the cause? Just wondering what everyone thinks on the subject , and is there a special way you deal with this matter?
