think it would have a lot to do with the Number of Chapters in your area.
That is if you are talking a SX only!
Think it has to do with the amount of Chapters and the proximity of other Chapters.
Say, easier in a Metro area such as KC where there are 6 LXA Chapters that draw from the Metro Area or San Antonio where there are 3 LXA Chapters in one City.
Not sure in Tenn. where Martinsville is. I know there are quite a few Schools there from Johnson City, to Memphis and Clarksville to Knoxville.
