I don't think banning same-sex marriage will do any of them. IT is up to the couple to strengthen the families. I highly doubt that a gay union will disrupt the strength of my family or any other family. Bush is really reaching.

Comments about strengthening marriage and family are always taken out of context. It is not against homosexuals and isn't some rabid hate policy to say gays are sending us to hell. It is a statement that family should be linked to marriage - that it shouldn't be like France where you can get some sort of union and not a marriage, that children in stable families do better, etc. Harvard's law journal came out saying most people for this bill are fueled by hate, but are they really?
