1/2 stick of butter, melt in pan
Add 1/2 cup of flour and whick
Add: 1 can evaporated milk
1 can of water.
Juice of clams and potates caned, new.
green onions diced
garlic powder to taste
sa;t to taste.
2 cans of baby clams
2 cans of whole potateos-cut in small pieces
Cook till done.
??? Makes @ 1 Gallon!

Can it be frozen? Tried that with potato soup and turned rancid!
