I think Isis' mother, Trinity Lila, is handling this with a lot of class. From CNN.com:

"He's already apologized repeatedly," Lila added. Although Riordan's office has tried to contact her, "I don't see what else is to be done."
It's nice to hear from a private citizen who isn't trying to grasp the storied "15 minutes of fame".
