Oh no! Maybe you misunderstood. I'm not necessarily advocating spending more money on it (although it would help). I'm just saying that if marijuana were legal or if they spent less time (hence money) pursuing people using marijuana for medical purposes, they could more effectively catch and prosecute people doing harder and more dangerous drugs. As it is now, I know there is little to no more money to spend on drug law enforcement. That's definitely a shame, but unfortunately there's very little we can do about it.
