It's kind of funny - last year when D-Blow was being bashed in the press, he said that if Zito (who at the time had a losing record) was in Boston, he would get it even worse because of his record.
The problem was this; although Lowe's record was better, Zito had a better ERA, more strikeouts, and had gotten less run support. Zito was actually pitching MUCH better than Lowe, and I feel like the Boston fans would have recognized that.
