Hi, I saw this mentioned on another board and was wanting to ask other Thetas. Does Theta allow members who are still in college to write recs for someone as long as they are rushing a different school, if so, is it like this for Thetas everywhere or only certain areas? Would it be better to have alumnae anyways? Thanks so much!
