I bought some cute handmade notecards with fleur de lis on them, and a beautiful silver serving plate with fleur de lis on it for $10. The Alumnae Association selling the trays also had spreaders, salad bowls, and salad serving pieces, and most were gone after the first day.

My Alumnae Association sold stretchy beaded bracelets, and they went quickly at $6.50 and $9.50. We used glass beads from Michael's and WalMart, pewter spacer beads from Michael's, and pewter key charms that were bought in lots of 25 (about 50 cents per charm) on ebay. We also found some fleur de lis ornaments on ebay that were being sold in lots of 50, and sold them for $3.50 each.

We were advised that it was best to offer small items and keep prices low. It worked!
