There's been some discussion on other threads about problems with confidentiality and former members. Someone pointed out that gratuitous promises, e.g., oaths of secrecy, tend to not be legally binding. Would there be some benefit to making a deal with a member was being disaffiliated? For example, she signed a nondisclosure agreement in exchange for receiving a refund of some of the fees she'd paid?
