But, why is that any diferent than Ashley Judd being naked in a movie and KKG hasn't revoked her membership.
I'll tell you the difference-one was an alumna and one was an active when it happened. When you are an alumna-short of stealing money from Nationals, you can pretty much do anything.

Well, it also helps that Ashley Judd is a bonafide movie star I'm sure. Besides, it's not as if she made these movies while she was an active.
I always thought that alumna's could pretty much get away with anything short of murder.
