I just hate it when I'm at work at blockbuster and people can't understand that when you rent a DVD 90% of the time it's going to be WIDESCREEN! Unless you have the option of picking from the on-screen menu it will have those bars at the top and the bottom. That's why you bought a DVD player, to see things how the director intended it!
Unless you buy a DVD in Fullscreen I can't help you!
I prefer widescreen...when I do stuff for class I usually shoot in widescreen because it's a cleaner shot!
