I feel you on that one... my fiance wants to buy another big screen (probably in the high 30s-low 40s range) for the bedroom (I'm against tvs in the bedroom altogether, but especially a big screen) when we already have a disgustingly huge tv in the living room. The TV dimension is only 2 inches shorter than I am (65").... that's just wrong. TVs should not be the same size as people. You have to sit 10 feet back from the thing just to see it clearly.
Not to say I don't like it, but... it was definitely a pre-me purchase

I think had I had a say we'd have something at least a *little* bit more reasonable!
