Yeah, we have a bunch of teenagers across from my townhouse who hang out on the front stoop all the time. At one point they hauled in some POS couch from god knows where and put it out in front of their door. Apparently everyone in the complex complained to the HOA and by the time they got that thing out of there they'd been slapped with a huge fine.
Not much I can do about it though, as long as they leave me alone....
