Interal Fraternity Brother, you are in a situation that many of us have found ourselves in.

I can only Hope that with You and a Few Brothers and Alums that Your Chapter can be rebuilt to stature.
Sounds like a decision needs to be made, get with your National, explain the problem, see if they will work with you. Have a Strong Active Few, and Have Alums Working with you. If not?
