I totally agree!! I don't really understand this high carb/ low carb thing... I think we need to eat sensibly by trying to make vegetables, fruits, high fiber foods, and lean protein the staples of our diets. Add a little bit of restricted caloric intake and exersise, and that is all you need for a healthy life. Quite simple, as far as I am concerned!!
