I would ask the greek life office at UK if recs are required &/or needed. I think XO, and all other organizations, look for someone who is well-rounded, genuine, active, spirited, intelligent, goal-oriented, and who fits in at that chapter. Get used to answering questions about your major, year in school, hometown, activities, interests and goals because that's what most houses will talk about at least during the first few days of recruitment.
