It's a major problem. All of you guys are just confirming it. I can't believe these states that still allow people with even just the basic certification, or maybe a welding certificate to operate a bulldozer. I mean, it's a complex machine! You need to have your advanced certificate taken care of. These folks are an embarassment to bulldozer operators everywhere.
