I completely agree! I never went through as a PNM-I joined my chapter at colonization. Because of that, I never realized how stressful recruitment really is- for everyone. And despite all the late nights, hard work, and everything I put into it, I spent a wonderful week bonding with my sisters. It brought us all so much closer.
