if I have met someone falsely claiming to be a Phi Psi- it hasnt been a negative experience. Twice when I've been out mowing the chapter property alumni that aren't on our contact lists have stopped by to see how the recolonizing is going and to give the colony some money. (Yeah- if you're not in contact with the GLO you were in 10 years ago, would you just give $150 and not your contact information?)
