I've seen threads about it... but not with any responses explaining the procedure (bar 'we've done this, I'll PM you; etc.)?
To clarify, her SECOND question I have seen discussed on here before
. It's to do with what ktsnake touched upon in his post (i.e. was not _possible_ for a black man or woman to incorporate a company back in the day, not possible due to laws outlawing it). But haven't seen her first question answered on here before.
Doesn't mean there aren't any; but I've not seen them before.
